A Touch of Disney, good, bad and ugly

We have all logged on in anticipation this morning, attempting to get a little slice of heaven that is entrance to Disney California Adventure's special ticketed event, A Touch of Disney. Enticed by the prospect of being granted access to this park that has been closed since March 2020, we have swarmed into the digital queue with reckless abandon. Currently we are in a holding pattern, as is fairly typical of Disney, as the site seems to have had a technical issue of some sort. Most of us are getting a message like this:

Most of us have received wait times over an hour. Some had less than a minute before the crash. We are all waiting in trepidation as they figure out what went wrong and how to fix it.

They are asking us to hang in there. Just keep the benefits in mind! We have waited this long, we can wait a little more!!

Due to the popularity of A Touch of Disney, we’ve decided to open up the availability of tickets for two additional weeks. Dates, ticket availability and prices for the A Touch of Disney experience will be released on a rolling basis until the experience ends. Please continue to check Disneyland.com for updates.
