Disney is offering extensions to Premier Passholders on a monthly basis to keep the passes active until the parks are able to reopen. This is valid for California parks since the Florida parks are already open.
According to Disneyland’s website, all Annual Passholders that are paid in full are able to take advantage of this opportunity or, if they choose to suspend their pass, can receive a partial refund for the time of the park closure. Passholders that wish to take advantage of this second option would need to contact Annual Passport Member Services at 714-781-4567.
Annual Passholders that are paying on a monthly basis have been suspended as of April 5, 2020, meaning the monthly payments have been waived and the expirations will not been extended. Disney has also refunded any payments retroactively from March 14th to April 4th. However, Disneyland Annual Passholders paying on a monthly basis can have their pass postponed from the April 5th date through the closure date and resumed when the parks reopen. To take advantage of this opportunity, you would need to contact Annual Passport Member Services at 714-781-4567.
